Looks like these repositories are no longer populated. The repodata is still there, but no rpms. Looks like the only way left is to run them on wine.

Davdunc, looks like you are correct, the fedora repos are empty. Unfortunately I do not have the rpms on my desktop anymore, otherwise I would post them

However the link below will get you the .deb packages, which can be installed on Fedora

yum -y install dpkg.x86_64

Then get the .debs from the url below.
http://repository.spotify.com/pool/non-free/s/spotify/
